Tom leads on creative design across the Charter Trust, illustrating, animating, designing and developing curriculum resources and materials that support children's learning. He also leads on web design and development for the Trust.

Before working with the Trust, Tom worked as a designer on cross-cultural arts projects in China and the UK with organisations including KT Wong Foundation, Barbican and National Theatre.
